The candidate should have:

·      ability to logically diagnose issues

·      ability to quickly learn new technologies (software & hardware)

·      ability to effectively communicate by phone, email, and face to face

·      a technical background (education or experience)

·      software support experience is a plus

·      network experience is a plus

·      travel is rare but may be required
