We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team! You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests & vendors while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills to bring your best each day for yourself, restaurant staff, and guests.

Responsibilities:

Processes purchases and returns.

Effectively communicate on the telephone including taking accurate and detailed messages

Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.

Assists with inventory, including receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise.

Performs cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience

Friendly and customer-focused personality

Must be able to carry supplies (10-20 lbs.)

Revel POS experience a plus but is not required.
