We are seeking a Retail Trainer to join our team and help develop the skills of our retail staff. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging classroom training programs, provide hands-on coaching, and ensure employees have the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. You will lead orientations, provide ongoing support, and create a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. Reporting to the District Manager, this position is ideal for a dynamic trainer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about developing talent and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor • Provide hands-on instruction on company policies, procedures, and performance expectations to support successful role transitions • Utilize training documentation to track new hire progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders • Ensure all communications are handled in a timely, professional, and respectful manner • Complete required onboarding documentation, including the employer section of Form I-9, and maintain communication with Store and District Managers regarding paperwork and training status Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who may be disabled or disadvantaged • High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain via The Excel Center • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and maintain discretion in applying company policies • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt under pressure • Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites Compensation: $46,000
