Overview: At Project LeanNation, an Educator is more than a front-line employee—they are the first impression and the heartbeat of our mission to help people believe in themselves and create lasting health transformations. As an Educator, you will guide members with care, build trust through meaningful interactions, and embody our core values every day.
What You'll Do:
Create legendary member experiences with warm welcomes, engaging conversations, and genuine encouragement.
Master the rhythm of the store including retail, shake bar, consultations, and member check-ins.
Hold space empathetically for members struggling with health challenges.
Stay focused and coachable during busy shifts, communicating with confidence and clarity.
Represent the store and Project LeanNation’s mission with positivity and accountability.
Support community events and help spread the PLN message outside the store.
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready to perform.

Project Lean Nation South Tampa is a healthy meal prep company that helps professionals stay on track with nutrition by providing balanced, protein-forward meals and data tracking to measure results. We are opening our first location in September and a full opening on October 13.
