Qualifications: What You'll Bring: • Experience: 3+ years of proven supervisory or management experience within a restaurant, retail landscape supply yard, nursery, or similar outdoor materials environment. • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various landscape materials (e.g., aggregates, mulches, pavers, natural stone, soils). • Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in operating heavy equipment (forklifts, skid steers, loaders) with relevant certifications preferred. • Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage staff, embodying our value to Respect the Team. • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal), committed to providing world-class-service. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) and work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Tech Savvy: Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory software). • Valid License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
