Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories, providing personalized styling advice.
Maintain a visually appealing store by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are up to date.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Engage with customers to build relationships and foster loyalty through excellent service.
Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Participate in inventory management, including restocking and organizing stockroom.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Support promotional events and store initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
