THE REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Java or similar programming language
• BS in computer science (or related field) and 2+ years of work experience OR MS in computer science (or related field)
• Outgoing, upbeat and able to thrive in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools and software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with JavaScript, Hibernate, and AWS is a plus
• RWS cannot sponsor visa applications at this time

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new products as a member of one of our Scrum teams
• Maintain existing products and support internal users
• Communicate and work closely with partners utilizing our platforms
• Work very closely with in-house departments to complete tasks
• Troubleshoot and problem solve website and platform related issues

WORK CONDITIONS

• Flexible working hours between 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday
• Member of a Scrum team
• No travel required
• Office is currently fully remote due to COVID-19 (equipment provided)
