    Job Description

    We are seeking a Sr. IT Help Desk Support to join our team!

    The Senior IT Helpdesk Associate will be responsible for supporting all issues related to Stores including but not limited to – Configuring Verifone Pin pads, MX915 Verifone devices, LS Retail POS Imaging, Telecom at the stores( setting up VZ/ATT/ SIM Cards, working with broadband at the store location, Cradlepoint router management at the Stores and in Corporate. This also includes provisioning laptops (Windows and to a lesser extent Macs), printer and LAN setup.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive successful automated support solutions in Helpdesk Solutions including POS and Windows provisioning for variety of complex orders, financial reports, adjustments, etc.
    • Key support person for Cradlepoint, and Telecom management at the stores
    • Responsible for procuring and provisioning of hardware, software, and helpdesk functionality
    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have 5-7+ experience in IT Help Desk
    • Bachelors Degree in IT, Business or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years experience with Verifone MX 915 Pin Pads
    • 5-7+ experience setting up and working with routers, SIMs and Broadband
    • 5-7+ years of remotely managing stores - VZ/ATT SIMs and Broadband
    • 7+ years of Windows support
    • Advanced PC skills
    • Must have advanced Microsoft, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
    • Must have experience with Retail POS systems
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
