Are you someone who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment? Valora Rise is growing its Cincinnati team and looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join as Retail Sales Associates. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with full training, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities to grow.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the brands Valora Rise represents, engaging directly with customers during live retail campaigns and promotional events. You'll welcome customers, answer questions, introduce products and services, and help create a positive, memorable experience — no two days are exactly the same.

Welcoming and engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner

Introducing products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently

Listening to customer needs and recommending the right solution

Supporting customers through the sales process from start to finish

Building strong relationships that encourage repeat engagement

Working closely with your team to hit individual and team goals

You Might Be a Great Fit If You've Ever

Played on a sports team, captained a side, or taken on a leadership role at school, college, or work

Worked in retail, hospitality, restaurants, call centers, or another customer-facing role

Volunteered, fundraised, or been part of a community project or club

Had a part-time or Saturday job and know what it means to show up and follow through

Simply enjoy talking to people and are looking for your first full-time opportunity

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided, making this a genuine entry point whether you're starting your first career or starting a new one.

Base pay $700–$750/week, OTE $850–$1,300/week
