RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze customer data to improve customers’ experience with the Retain product.
Partner with the sales team to successfully onboard and deliver value to new customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to identify and prioritize product improvements based on customer feedback.
Proactively build lasting relationships with Retain customers to nurture success and reduce churn.
Improve processes and best practices throughout the entire customer journey.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
1 - 5 years of experience solving technical and non-technical problems for customers.
Exceptional customer-facing skills. Naturally articulate and excellent written communication.
Proficient in at least one scripting language and great at providing creative solutions to technical problems.
Ability to constantly learn and solve new challenges that come your way.
Easy to get along with. Nice, fun, smart, ethical, and honest.
