    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze customer data to improve customers’ experience with the Retain product.

    • Partner with the sales team to successfully onboard and deliver value to new customers.

    • Collaborate with the technical team to identify and prioritize product improvements based on customer feedback.

    • Proactively build lasting relationships with Retain customers to nurture success and reduce churn.

    • Improve processes and best practices throughout the entire customer journey.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1 - 5 years of experience solving technical and non-technical problems for customers.

    • Exceptional customer-facing skills. Naturally articulate and excellent written communication.

    • Proficient in at least one scripting language and great at providing creative solutions to technical problems.

    • Ability to constantly learn and solve new challenges that come your way.

    • Easy to get along with. Nice, fun, smart, ethical, and honest.
