About the Role:

Interstate All Battery Center is looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Clerk to join our team in Peoria, AZ! This is a great opportunity to work in a specialty retail environment where you'll help customers find the right power solutions for their everyday needs. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in finding the right battery and power products for their needs

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Maintain product knowledge across a wide range of battery types and related accessories

Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean store environment

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism

Support inventory management including receiving and counting stock

Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals

Install batteries in vehicles as well as other small devices

Requirements:

Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn product specifications and provide knowledgeable recommendations

Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions

Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

General vehicle knowledge
