Retention and Reentry Coordinator

Make an Impact—Help Students Succeed!

As a Retention and Reentry Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force helping students stay in school and supporting those ready to rejoin our campus. You’ll partner with Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, and Admissions to break down barriers to success and create personalized plans that get students back on track.

· Identify and support at-risk students through proactive outreach and action planning.

· Guide dropped students through the re-enrollment process from first contact to their first day back in class.

· Empower students with workshops, resources, and ongoing motivation for persistence and completion.

· Champion online learning success—deliver training, troubleshoot tech issues, and collaborate with faculty to create a smooth digital experience.

· Maintain student records, track progress, and report results to help our community continuously improve.
