  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • ·         Greets patients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • ·         Takes temperatures of all guests
    • ·         Obtains patient history
    • ·         Enters data into practice management and EMR systems
    • ·         Escorts patients to exam rooms
    • ·         Sets up the room for the physician; cleans the room after the procedures
    • ·         Stocks supplies
    • ·         Adheres to OSHA, HIPPA, and security protocols.
    • ·         Supports RGF’s Mission Statement
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • ·         Excellent communication skills with patients, physicians, and staff
    • ·         Ability to exhibit patience and compassion
    • ·         Flexibility with hours and local area travel
    • ·         Ability to work in multiple software programs/applications
    • ·         Ability to prioritize tasks properly
    • ·         Ability to work in a high pace team environment and or independently
    • ·         Must have the ability to multi-task
