Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Visiting residential and commercial properties to assess spaces for retractable and door screen installation, primarily in porches, patios, basements, garages, entry doors, restaurants, and other indoor/outdoor spaces. • Confirming orders and measurements with clients before proceeding with installations. • Installing retractable/door screens efficiently and effectively in accordance with our company standards and protocols. • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving issues in a professional manner. • Conducting post-installation checks to ensure the functionality and safety of the installed screens. • Keeping track of and maintaining inventory of tools and equipment. Qualifications: Requirements: • Proven experience as a tradesman, ideally with a background in installing entry screens, awnings, doors, or windows. • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. • Experience in woodwork and trim, with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing practical solutions. • Ability to manage time and routes effectively. • Willingness to work 5-6 days per week. • Clean driving record. • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work under various weather conditions. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
