Be part of the team that sets the tone the moment a guest walks through the door. As a Retreat Attendant, you help create a calm, welcoming environment by keeping every space clean, stocked, and ready for service throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Manage laundry throughout the day, including folding and restocking table linens, blankets, face cradle covers, and other service items

Assist therapists with quick room turnover between appointments

Maintain cleanliness in all guest and team areas including lobby, hallways, restrooms, and breakroom

Monitor high traffic spaces and refresh them as needed to keep a polished appearance

This role is essential to the guest experience. Retreat Attendants regularly walk the space and view it through a guest’s eyes to ensure the environment always feels clean, calm, and welcoming.
