Bookkeeper- Part Time approximately 20 hours a week (4 or 5 days)
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-starter with good accounting, analytical. Strong technical (accounting) skills are required, particularly experience with QuickBooks. Must be able to work with co-workers, and ownership. Must have the ability to manage and work with information that is highly confidential in nature.
Responsibilities
Enters, maintains and records all business client related transactions
Balances ledgers, reconciles accounts, and prepares monthly and annual reports
Assist in monthly closings
Prepares, prints and distribute all accounts payable check, ensuring compliance with bank check signers
Follows bookkeeping procedures established by the business client, ensuring it meets our company standards and procedures
Perform other job-related work as assigned.

Qualifications
Degree in Accounting.
Computer literacy skills and keyboard proficiency to operate in multiple windows and manipulate files
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required to manage and manipulate spreadsheets
Excellent interpersonal skills to pleasantly communicate with others
Analytical ability to integrate and interpret data from diverse sources to identify solutions.
