Shifts: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm Two Days off during the week Must be able to on work weekends 9am-5pm

The Member Experience Associate provides our members with an amazing customer experience from the second they walk in.

You:

Must have

Proven experience in exceeding expectations at every opportunity

Bi-Lingual preferred but not required

Ability to provide excellent customer service under all circumstances

Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving when it comes to helping customers

A positive, upbeat personality.

Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively when needed.

Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is helpful.

What will you do

Greet and check in members as they come in.

Sell memberships, retail, and merchandise.

Follow up with prospects promptly.

Ensure a safe and clean health club environment for members and staff.

Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices
