    Are you an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? If so, we’d like to talk. We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. If you have 3 years of experience in construction estimation, and excellent project and time management skills, please apply today. Responsibilities: • Inspect the construction site to collect necessary client requirement information • Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors • Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets • Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole • Furnish accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs • Qualify bids invited through various platforms with suitable contractors • Maintain a minimum annual gross margin set forth in the department Qualifications: • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software • Comprehension of research methodology, accounting, data and risk analysis, and estimation metrics is crucial • 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary • Possess a Bachelors’ degree in civil engineering, construction management, accounting, or related field • Current Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) is desired Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
