  • Responsibilities
    • Coordinates and manages the relevant work permits and certificates necessary to operate in controlled areas, ensures permits have all required documentation and certification and that the necessary risk assessments are performed.
    • Ensure all company and contractor personnel are in compliance with all LNG Plant processes (especially PTW, Management of Change, Risk Analysis, Safe Work Practices and Isolation LOTO).
    • Ensure Environmental aspects of all activities undertaken are addressed within the PTW system.
    • Expert and knowledge regarding Isolation. LOTO, Gas Testing, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights.
    • Regularly conduct permit audits to ensure compliance to the permit conditions arid competence of the permit participants.
    • Chair the daily PTW meeting.
    • Responsible to issue and record PTW daily.
    • Responsible to update and maintain record of PTW data sheet. Develop queries from database to obtain data necessary for reports and analysis.
    • Coordinate with internal auditors a PTW annual audit plan to identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
    • Responsible to suggest PTW improvement and able to resolve PTW related problem.
    • Good knowledge of supportive permit requirement of work carried out in the plant.
    • Responsible for advice and review risk within any PTW with a simultaneous operations ( SIMOPS)

    Required Skills

     

    • Previous experience in a PTW coordination role.
    • Suitable qualifications or training completed in PTW, Isolations. Confined Space, Working at Heights,
    • Be able to read and understand construction drawings, P&lD’s and procedures.
    • Commits to developing and implementing ways to ensure a safe work.
    • Strong communication skills; capability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
    • Exceptional organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.

    Required Experience

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Operations/Construction PTW role preferable, but not essential.

    • 5 years’ experience in a hydrocarbon industry.
