    ReturnLogic is disrupting the returns industry as the SaaS leader for fast growing, mid-market modern retailers. We enable our customers the opportunity to optimize their returns strategy and build more profitable businesses.

    RETURNLOGIC is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manger who is data driven, curious, and understands the key drivers of ecommerce operations. As a member of the Growth Team, the Content Marketing Manager helps retailers use Returns Data to grow and optimize their businesses while working to promote and evangelize the ReturnLogic brand. You accomplish this by working in collaboration with retailers, industry partners, and academics.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Creating original content, including but not limited to blog posts, webinars, and videos.
    • Working inside retailers ecommerce data for new discovery.
    • Managing your projects to completion.
    • Coordination with third party partners.
    • Working with customers to create case studies.
    • Supporting the product team to help identify and solve problems for customers.
    • Supporting internal reporting and analytics with marketing and retailer data.

    The focus of the role will be on delivering engaging content through the use of returns data and actionable insights. This role supports digital acquisition efforts for Mid Market and Small Business segments and is required to be up to date with industry trends and ecommerce KPI's.

    This role will be required to engage and work directly with retailers, partners, and agencies on a regular basis, requiring the candidate to have strong people management skills.

    You have a passion for eCommerce software solutions, the web, web-based software products, our partners, service, and satisfaction.

    Superior analytical skills and well versed in the use of data, content, and technology to influence consumer behavior - Excellent Excel skills are crucial (pivot tables, vlookup, and formulas should excite you).

    You are an organized, data-driven, detail and goal oriented believer in building great systems and processes, have strong business acumen, prioritize effectively, consistently make good decisions, and creatively solve complex problems.

    Extremely proactive and results-oriented, looking to make improvements and drive change in a fast-paced environment while being under tight deadlines.

    You have demonstrated success working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations and have the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal partners such across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales.

    Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills are critical both working with people internally and externally.

    You are seen as positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years experience in SaaS marketing or forward facing customer role
    • Experience with general B2B marketing SaaS solutions to small, mid-sized business
    • Feel at home in a data visualization tool like Tableau or Looker
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Outgoing and enjoy interacting with customers and partners
    • Previous experience in HubSpot, Shopify, and ecommerce related businesses is a plus
