    We are seeking a Salesforce Consulting Sales Executive that will roll up their sleeves and work hard to drive the growth of the business, while performing at the highest level of integrity. Our newest team member will use a human-centric approach so that the solutions that we provide our clients are the outcomes that they truly need. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 3+ years' experience with proven success in selling consulting services
    • Strong experience and working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
    • Excellent communication skills, confident within all levels of an organization
    • Ability to lead and demonstrate business acumen and technical expertise required to provide a modern solution leveraging the Salesforce platform
    • Self-driven and focused with ability to take an opportunity from initial alignment through solutioning and closing
    • Desire and ability to thrive and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
    • Disciplined and tenacious – ready and willing to hustle
    • Familiarity with the Salesforce partner program a plus

    WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of Salesforce solutions 

    • Utilize personal and team knowledge of the Salesforce platform to walk potential customers through the journey of implementation, recommend solutions and answer questions
    • Build a valuable and convertible pipeline of potential new name and client expansion projects
    • Leverage personal and team product knowledge to lead the sales process for complex business requirements
    • Take initiative and accountability for personal success
    • Navigate the Salesforce partner program, establish and build relationships with SFDC Account Executives to help leverage our expertise to obtain leads/referrals
