To meet the growing demand of our organization, we are seeking a passionate, intellectually curious Technology Leader who has a desire to join our elite, dynamic, and high-performing team.  

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• You have at least 8 years of development experience, which you will leverage to perform object-oriented analysis, design and programming activities
• You will apply strong experience and working knowledge of Salesforce declarative development, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL query languages or related technologies
• You have experience working in large enterprises building software that can scale while maintaining a highly secure environment
• You are well versed in HTML and JavaScript, especially modern JavaScript libraries such as Vue.js, React.js
• You can hold your own with SQL and database modeling
• You are a strong communicator and are comfortable working directly with end customers to inform them on the minute details of security and governance in the Salesforce ecosystem and help them implement controls to enhance their security posture
• You can demonstrate the business acumen and technical expertise required to implement a modern solution leveraging Salesforce.com as a platform (PaaS)
• You can be looked to as a leader within the technology team to help your other team members grow technically and, in their careers

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead product development of our S&G software to build differentiated solutions that are “must haves” for enterprise customers serious about security and create happy customers as advocates for our solutions
• Engage in the market and with some of the best clients in the world to learn customer and market needs firsthand. Collaborate with Product Management to achieve a roadmap to grow the business successfully with world-class offerings
• Manage, grow and inspire the development team for personal development, purpose, fun and great performance
• Lead the development team to achieve the required P&L, quality and operational targets
• Support and lead the build-out and delivery of our S&G services offering to provide world-class PaaS S&G services supporting the adoption of PaaS S&G programs for our customers. Take part in the strategic discussions on service definition and organizational execution
• Join a small and elite team, which means you will learn a lot, carry varied responsibilities quickly and have the opportunity to work within all levels of the organization
• Work in a “can-do” environment, where everyone is passionate about results that we can all be proud of
• Apply solid programming disciplines and best practices and use the Scrum development methodology on all projects and engagements
• Act as a Security Analyst on our security and governance specialty services engagements, delivering insight and action plans for our customers to execute on
• Continuously learn and contribute to your personal and professional growth
• Partner with customers (internal & external) to develop requirements in a direct and confident way and make decisions methodically and account for desired results and ROI
• Lean into the solution by showing prototypes quickly to engender better conversations.
• Be an authority on technical design, creating simple and intuitive solutions to complex business and technical problems
