    POSITION SUMMARY or VALUE PROPOSITION:
    The provider relations representative is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and servicing relationships with the RevDoc contract providers such as Physicians, PAs, Nurses and participating medical facilities. This position involves direct daily interaction with providers. These representatives create and explain resources related to policies, processes, approval timelines, and other actions. They implement
    and oversee account management tools and systems to ensure accurate records and efficient service.They perform data analysis to identify and evaluate key metrics.

    Essential Functions of the Provider Relations Representative:

    Building Provider Network

    • Create process for regional management of the business.
    • Analyze service regions for recruiting needs.
    • Create recruiting strategy.
    • Manage marketing budget to support strategy.
    • Interview and assess possible recruits, including background checks.
    • Manage onboarding of new recruits.

    Managing Provider Network

    • Assist approved providers with creating marketing and communications materials.
    • Assist in resolving elevated and complex provider service complaints.
    • Ensure the accurate implementation, and administration through vendor partners.
    • Organize and file all relevant reports and paperwork.
    • Conduct in-field assessments and quality control events. Perform community inspections to ensure the brand is maintained to company expectations.

    Continued Quality Improvement

    • Develop and maintain key processes established by the business.
    • Obtain and analyze financial performance quality metrics and reports to providers on the impact to performance.
    • Prepare reports/documents, assist with online reviews and post-survey follow-up activities.
    • Document and provide performance feedback in a timely manner.
    • Research problems and negotiates with internal/external partners/customers to resolve highly
    • complex and/or escalated issues.
    • Maintain accurate tracking mechanisms and analysis, action plans for management insight.

    **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: **The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

    Education: Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, marketing or finance.

    Experience : 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and strategy; 3+ years of management experience; Prior consulting and sales experience. Previous healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

    Certifications & Licenses:
    Valid State Drivers’ License and proof of vehicle insurance

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
    This employee will be based in-office and will travel by personal vehicle to fulfill management and recruiting goals. Based on goals and region, travel time could be 30-70% of time.
