We have a new opening for a Front End Software Engineer to join our team who can write high quality code. You should be a self-starter, motivated, and want to continue developing your skills. You should have experience as a full-stack developer, with front end emphasis in React or Angular, HTML5 and JavaScript.
Our company is growing rapidly, and we are adding this position to help design a RESTful API to work with our new and improved customer facing products. In this role, you’ll get to help maintain and enhance both the back end and the front-end applications. In this role, you’ll be part of a small scrum team and own a project integrating an API into a payment processing platform.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Front End Engineer, you will help design, implement and maintain our Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant ecommerce platform. You will get to develop customer-facing web applications using industry leading technologies. You’ll get to collaborate with team members, analyze a problem, and come to a solution.
Who you are:
You are a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Your degree is a BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
You have knowledge of software development best practices and principles, including Agile methodologies
You have strong analysis and problem-solving skills
You are self-directed, detail oriented, creative problem solver
You are flexible to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities
You must have strong multi-tasking skills
Overall you have:
2 or more years of overall software development experience
2 or more years of experience developing web applications; HTML5, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, React, Angular, and server-side frameworks
2 or more years of experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material UI and Telerik Kendo UI
Experience with relational databases, including SQL, TSQL, Entity
Framework, database design and best practices (SQL Server preferred)
Experience with C#, .NET, MVC is w plus
Experience working with or designing RESTful APIs is a plus
It’s a bonus if you have experience with test-driven development and unit testing, MS Azure, jQuery, JSON, Git and NodeJS. It would be great if you were familiar with Payment Card Industry standards as well.
