    Job Description

    Our Contracts Manager will drive our business forward, on both the sell side and buy side, working closely with teams across the organization to build strong contracts. You will also manage our contracts program, including renewals and expirations, and help optimize all contract-related processes. The Contracts Manager independently performs a variety of legal work relating to various contract matters involving Revalize and its affiliates. Serves as a key advisor to various internal clients and is responsible for identifying contract-legal issues and helping to resolve them.

    Responsibilities

    • Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, modifying, and negotiating commercial customer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, contractor agreements, and other contracts with the support of senior lawyers in the department on both the sell and buy side
    • Interpreting contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure
    • Serve as point-of-contact between Revalize and customers/vendors in contractual matters
    • Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties
    • Work with other teams, such as finance or operations, on contract insurance requirements
    • Contributing to the development and improvement of contract templates, model contract library and the efficiency of the legal contract management process
    • Educating/training business partners on key commercial, contracting process technology, and other considerations
    • Assist in the management of contract documentation flow, approvals, reporting and archiving consistent with internal processes
    • Interface as needed with Company internal stakeholders, law department team members, CLM vendor, and outside attorneys to resolve contract issues, including process and technology
    • Execute other tasks or responsibilities assigned by your supervisor to support the needs of the law department, including strategic projects within the legal department
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Three to five years of previous experience as a contract manager or in a related position
    • You are entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and as part of a global team
    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
    • Accurate and precise attention to detail
    • Possesses superior organization skills and the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities while delivering consistently high-quality results
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred

    • Paralegal certification
    • Experience with contract management platforms and electronic signature technologies
