    Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, acquisition lifecycle management, and operations management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support an upcoming project. We desire someone with extensive experience in project management, government acquisition policy and processes, internal compliance assessments and review, and training/development.

    Responsibilities are:

    • Look for opportunities to improve acquisition policy, processes, and training
    • Lead support of quality monitoring processes
    • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of acquisition processes in complex environments
    • Support organizing, planning, directing, and developing team members 
    • Provide review of team supporting deliverables for feedback
    • Maintain relations with the client and all stakeholders. This includes scheduled working meetings.This also includes writing status updates and preparing speaker notes.
    • Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation. This includes quality assurance plans, checklists, approval sheets for deliverables, comment trackers, etc.
    • Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effect on a project.

     

    Required Skills/Experience:

    •  5-10 years' experience conducting government acquisitions and quality reviews to include: developing government requirements, operating under various FAR protocol procedures, conducting acquisitions of various contract types to include cost type, determining best value/trade-off, and supporting source selection processes

    • Ability to support project full-time in Washington, DC 

    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

    • Strong data and critical analysis skills

    • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

    • Expert practical experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

    • Working experience with Google Suite

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong attention to detail and review processes

    • Experience working for federal agencies

    • Public Trust Clearance (active or previous)
