    Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to provide support for a potential opportunity. We desire someone with ample experience in human resource management and a demonstrated knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures within the federal government.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review vacancy package requests, build vacancy announcements, review and determine qualification and eligibility requirements of applicants and apply veteran's preference
    • Administer recruitment programs for assigned tasks including merit promotion, delegated examining, and recruitment under special hiring authorities
    • Perform and coordinate job analyses for establishing and validating rating, ranking and selection criteria
    • Analyze and classify General Schedule and Wage Grade positions
    • Provide advisory services on all matters pertinent to position classification and position management requests
    • Review position descriptions and write evaluation statements defending classification findings and make determinations on grade levels, occupational series, and titles, etc.
    • Make Fair Labor Standards Act determinations on positions to be classified

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Demonstrated experience working within the USA Staffing Platform (automated staffing and recruitment system) to build vacancy announcements, review applications to determine eligibility and qualifications of applicants, and prepare certificate of eligibility.
    • Experience with federal civilian staffing, recruitment and position classification is required
    • 3+ years of experience in federal human resources
    • Strong ability to meet timelines and schedule requirements
    • Ability to think critically and identify potential risks
    • Strong ability to organize and manage datasets
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Mastery of MS Suite

    DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Knowledge of human capital functions and practices within the Federal Government
