Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to provide surge support for an existing project. We desire someone with experience in data validation and data reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Support human capital data validation tasks to include, conducting in-person facilitation sessions with client stakeholders to validate employee data
- Consolidate data inaccuracies for tracking in a master database
- Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of human capital data
- Support data improvement efforts through tracking defects within data sets
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or partial completion) in business or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data validation and reconciliation
- Strong ability to meet timelines and schedule requirements
- Ability to think critically and identify potential risks
- Strong ability to organize and manage datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Mastery of MS Suite
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of human capital functions and practices within the Federal Government
