    Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support an upcoming project. We desire someone with the diverse experience and skills in acquisition, government procurement, and management consulting. Candidates for this position will work closely with our client agency, serving as a supporting team member in performing pre-award acquisition support. This position will be filled pending contract award. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Assist in developing pre-award technical documentation

    • Assist the project team by documenting requirements, taking notes and keeping action items

    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of acquisition schedules

    • Understand acquisition alternatives (e.g., GSA Schedules, GWACs/MACs, and Full & Open Competition)

    • Meet with client technical representatives to obtain information about current environments or infrastructure

    • Gather and research information about agency mission, objectives, and programs to assist the project team in developing client requirements and evaluating offeror proposals

    • Assist with translating client technical requirements into a solicitation

    • Translate in writing standard contract guidelines and client requirements

    • Identify and assist on technical risks and provide mitigation strategies concerning acquisitions and client requirements

    • Provide acquisition governance support including, logistics, tracking, execution, and institutionalizing of continuous improvement efforts related to acquisitions

    • Provide contract quality control support

    • Provide contract specialist support including, detailed analyses of all elements of price in offeror proposals/quotes, acquisition input around strategy and problem resolution, and contractual correspondence

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

    • 4+ years related experience

    • Consulting experience required

    • Superior knowledge of acquisition and government procurement processes

    • Experience supporting federal agencies in acquisition efforts

    • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

    • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to work in the Washington DC metro area (DC and Reston)

    • Ability to pass a public trust clearance
