    Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support an upcoming project. We desire someone with experience in internal controls testing and financial management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

    • Review existing business process documentation, and as necessary collaborate with Audit Unit and process owners to enhance the documentation of the Client's internal control processes around the financial reporting cycle
    • Performing assessments of IT controls using FISCAM guidance and leading practices
    • Participating in walkthrough interviews and maintaining communication with a variety of client stakeholders, including system personnel such as system and database administrators
    • Reviewing and analyzing a variety of artifacts to assist in executing IT controls testing such as security plans, SOPs, system screenshots, and system configuration settings
    • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls using provided artifacts, industry-standard guidance, leading practices, and professional judgment.
    • Documenting the results of IT controls test work in a consistent and high-quality manner that would allow a reviewer to repeat the test and reach the same conclusion
    • Summarizing and communicating IT controls assessment results to a variety of client stakeholders, including senior leadership personnel

    REQUIRED:

    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (criminal background check)
    • BA/BS Degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related field
    • 1-3 years of work experience
    • Experience with federal internal controls, specifically A-123
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong analytical thinking skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
    • Ability to manage time and tasks proactively under time constraints
    • Ability to abide by firm ethics requirements
    • U.S. Citizen (born or naturalized)

    DESIRED:

    • CISA preferred but not required
