    Reveille Group is a strategic management consulting group that provides innovative data analytics to client solutions. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support one of our existing client engagements. We desire someone with diverse experience and skills in forecast modeling, visualization software, database management, data analysis, and management consulting. This position also requires a Secret Clearance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support program systems operations management including databases, workflow, data analytics, and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services and their impact on participants.
    • Provide reporting of existing data metrics and develop additional measures of effectiveness (outputs) and measures of performance (outcomes) as required.
    • Develop forecasts of program participation, and collect and analyze customer feedback.
    • Assist Program Manager in development in management of project teams, work tasks, and schedules.
    • Assist programs director with program strategic planning.
    • Provide analytical support for the program execution to include collecting, analyzing, validating, reporting, and presenting/visualizing program data inputs and outputs, design and execution of data collection systems and methods, and statistical and spreadsheet analysis.
    • Participate in the development of long term program assessment methodology and outcome assessment metrics and design, coordinate distribution and collection, and analyze survey instruments required to collect data to assess program quality and performance outcomes.
    • Assist project team with assessing variables of program delivery and developing a constraint-based model to enable optimization of program delivery for throughput. Variables could include course locations, type of location course frequency, student type, by demographics, etc. type of outreach, etc.
    • Provide subject matter expertise and project management to IT division to develop requirements and manage execution for sustainment and expansion of MS SharePoint based operations management information system with a focus on dashboards and reports to assist in enabling local management of program delivery.
    • Develop and implement program quality assurance process including process(es) procedure(s) to evaluate course instructors. Suggest process improvement initiatives to expand program management's ability to capture and use data for program operations management and strategic planning.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Field
    • Current, active Secret Clearance
    • Experience working in a SIPR environment
    • 2+ years work experience in management consulting
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
    • Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience leading change in organizations
    • Experience supporting federal agencies
    • Background using Tableau and Microsoft Excel

    Desired Requirements:

    • Experience utilizing Salesforce
    • Experience leveraging Qualtrics
    • Experience operating Google Analytics
