    Reveleer is seeking a self-directed IT Support Technician with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The Technician is responsible for the support and administration of our corporate hardware and desktop applications, including remote support/administration. The candidate will work as part of the Reveleer IT team to provide installation, configuration, troubleshooting/maintenance, and support of desktops, printers per company standards. 

    WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

    • Provide front line technical support for employees in office and working remotely 
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues 
    • Escalate technical issues to upper-level support as necessary 
    • Administration of Active Directory user accounts and security permissions 
    • Document technical support requests and steps to resolution 
    • Receive and resolve requests for access to services, resources, and applications 
    • Maintain, inventory, and deploy technology assets and equipment to end users 
    • Provide technology equipment to onboard new employees 
    • Learn new hardware and software to be supported 
    • Plan and implement staff relocations around the office 
    • Network Printer installation / troubleshooting 
    • Assist in upkeep of corporate equipment, such as printers and conference rooms 
    • Collaborate with building management, workplace coordinator for in-office needs 
    • Basic network and SaaS application troubleshooting

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • 2-3 years of prior hands-on experience with computer hardware and software 
    • Familiarity with Windows desktop operating systems 
    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields 
    • Active Directory (creating users, managing permissions)  
    • Understanding of workplace productivity tools, such as Office 365, Ticketing System 
    • Understanding of workplace communication tools, such as Zoom, Teams  
    • Familiarity with ticketing and documentation systems 
    • Exposure to mobile device management platforms i.e.:  Intune 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

     

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Assists and provides support to the other technology staff as requested 
    • Handles other duties as assigned

     

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • 2 - 3 years' experience in desktop support 
    • Interest in Technology  
    • Must be open and willing to learn
