    Reveleer is looking for a full-time Third-Party Representative to work onsite in our New Albany, Ohio office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices that charge for medical records. This will involve organizing, data entering, and processing payments. Many of our vendors are unique and require a working knowledge of their contacts and your ability to understand their systems. You'll be a rockstar candidate if you're a people person who enjoys learning about your customers and providing a great customer experience.

    This position is an onsite, in office position that works in our New Albany, Ohio company office full time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

    What You'll Do:

    • Meet or exceed individual production targets defined by management (i.e., calls per day, addresses contacted, records retrieved, etc.)
    • Communicate with medical provider offices and Reveleer internal resources
    • Update data in the system and process payments
    • Accurately post or transcribe data into the Reveleer platform (proprietary software)
    • Identify opportunities to increase personal impact and drive superior customer results
    • Understand vendor relationships and payment processing; communicate with the medical provider's 3rd Party Health Data vendors

    Qualifications:

    • Customer service experience making outbound calls is strongly preferred
    • Effective communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Computer proficiency– comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel
    • Ability to learn new computer programs with limited training
    • Ability to overcome objections and obtain schedule commitments from medical provider's office
    • Must be self-motivated with the ability to handle, organize, prioritize, multi-task, and be able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is highly preferred but not required
    • High school diploma required

    Compensation: $20.00/ hour

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
