    As a Clinical Operations Training Specialist, you will be a vital member of the team responsible for ensuring all clinical resources are trained and enabled to perform their job duties with good productivity and quality.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Clinical Trainer: Deploy all in-class training for new hires and current employees to keep them educated on new compliance rules, platform changes, current active projects/programs.
    • Customer Trainer: Train all customers on clinical workflow or new enhancements that affect workflow.
    • Additional duties as necessary to meet the obligations to our customers.

    SUCCESS CRITERIA

    • 95% of all staff productive and with a combined quality score of over 96%
    • 95% staff retention of all staff trained within 30 days of training
    • 95% satisfaction scores on a post training and onboarding survey for all vendors and employees

    SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $75,000 / annually

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
