QMACS, Inc., a well-established and rapidly growing medical billing company based in Richardson, Texas. We are seeking a full-time, experienced Revenue Cycle Analyst with Advanced Excel Skills to support our operations and senior leadership team with accurate and timely financial and operational reporting. This remote position plays a key role in helping drive data-based decision-making for both internal teams and physician clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Vice President of Operations and other senior leaders to prepare, analyze, and present various reports and dashboards. A strong analytical mindset and expert-level Excel skills are a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Use advance Excel Skills and various query tools to extract data from multiple EHR and practice management systems.
• Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reports.
• Create a variety of reports, including conditional summaries and open item reports, for internal and external data consumers.
• Incorporate charts, graphs, hyperlinks, and other external references into reports for clarity and presentation.
• Publish reports in multiple formats including Excel, Word, PDF, print, and email.
• Identify and communicate trends in data in a meaningful and understandable manner.
• Collaborate with internal data consumers to identify reporting needs and provide insightful analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting for client invoicing.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting systems and tools.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in data analytics, reporting, or accounting, preferably in a medical billing or healthcare setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
  • Complex formulas and functions
  • Pivot tables
  • Filtering, sorting, and reorganizing data
  • Formatting for clarity and logic
  • Understanding or creating macros is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• High general computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
• Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with clients
• Must be a self-starter who can learn quickly and work independently
