    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Client Success Specialist I to support client relationships, onboarding, and operational workflows across our healthcare revenue cycle programs.

    This role is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or data-driven client support who can manage client needs, ensure data accuracy, and help drive performance outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities.

    Client Success & Account Support

    Support client requests, issue resolution, and workflow coordination.

    Participate in client calls and track follow-ups and action items.

    Assist in maintaining strong client relationships

    Data & Revenue Cycle Operations.

    Monitor and validate incoming account inventory and data transfers.

    Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies Support reconciliation processes across systems.

    Identify workflow gaps and support process improvements.

    Client Onboarding & Implementation

    Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining existing programs.

    Create and maintain documentation for workflows and processes.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Partner with Business Development and Vendor Management teams.

    Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client materials.

    Support leadership with reporting and coordination.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

    Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, collections, or financial services preferred

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organization.

    Technical Skills

    Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint Tableau or reporting tools preferred SQL or Python is a plus

    Work Environment

    Professional office environment with cross-functional collaboration.

    Client-facing responsibilities and team interaction Occasional travel (~15%)
