    SCOPE/GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

    An energetic, self-driven, results-oriented individual with superior project management and communication skills to help drive the expansion of our portfolio of products and services within the specialty-specific medical coding and compliance community. This position requires internal research, telemarketing, data entry, data integrity and product/service knowledge. This position should be well-versed in the company’s market share, sales and Account/Contact interactions, as well as work very closely with all levels of company personnel.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collect and maintain appropriate account and client data in Dynamics CRM

    • Work with senior management to identify and grow industry opportunities Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships through account management and maintenance.

    • Contacts prospective clients and maintains regular communication with existing accounts.

    • Capable of engaging prospects in a dialog resulting in the sale of RCCS products and/or services

    • Work with others in the marketing department to track campaigns, promote new products, events and services

    • Understanding of the business practices in their prospective market areas

    • Monitor market trends and adjust sales efforts accordingly.

    • Run reports or lists as needed

    • Gather data from outside resources to append to existing database

    • Create reporting and email templates

    • Other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience in healthcare preferred but not required
    • 2-4 years in a sales role preferred

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Analytical and metrics-focused (MUST BE organized with attention to detail)
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Exceptional time and project management, writing and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and ability to communicate with a non-technical audience
    • Understanding of building reports and lists based on business needs and requirements (incl. sales & marketing processes)
    • Ability to work individually, but in a team environment
    • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Dynamics (Sales) managing leads, opportunities, and contacts.
    • Experience with Office 365 fundamentals with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams collaboration.
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research
