Role Overview

This position owns the full revenue cycle and credentialing function at XRMT. Beyond traditional billing, the role ensures we can legally, efficiently, and accurately bill across all payers and partners without revenue leakage or compliance risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documentation and assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Submit and manage claims (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, hospice, facility)
• Resolve denials, manage AR, and reconcile payments in QuickBooks
• Generate private-pay and facility invoices via Square
• Maintain payer credentialing, renewals, and revalidations
• Track contract terms impacting billing and pricing
• Support audits, compliance documentation, and COIs
• Serve as primary billing contact for payers, facilities, and internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle medical billing experience (radiology preferred)
• Proven ownership of revenue cycle, denials, AR, and payer relationships
• Credentialing and enrollment experience required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial billing
• Experience with clearinghouses, QuickBooks, EMR systems, and Google Workspace
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable

Formal education is less important than demonstrated experience and ownership.
