About the Role:

As a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes. Be part of a dedicated team that ensures our patients receive the best care while maintaining a streamlined revenue cycle.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment.

Ensure accurate billing and coding for consultations and oral surgeries.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.

Review and analyze claims to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.

Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding their billing inquiries.

Generate financial reports to track the performance of the revenue cycle.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.

Strong knowledge of dental coding and billing procedures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in DSN Cloud and Google Suite.

High school diploma required;..
