About the Role:

West Gray Properties LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team in Bellaire, TX. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue capture and reduce denials

Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting

Lead, train, and mentor revenue cycle staff to ensure best practices and compliance

Conduct audits and analyses to identify billing discrepancies and resolve issues proactively

Manage relationships with vendors, payers, and third-party partners related to revenue operations

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related financial operations role

Strong knowledge of billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition principles

Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights

Experience leading and managing a team in a professional environment

Proficiency with revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
