Guardian Tax is hiring driven Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This is a phone-heavy, inbound sales role working with individuals actively seeking help with IRS debt and tax challenges—no cold calling.

You'll take inbound calls, quickly assess client needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close deals.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• Full-time, in-office (Irvine)

Requirements

• 6+ months of phone-based sales experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with continuous conversations
• Strong work ethic and consistency under pressure
• Desire to grow income and improve sales skill set
