Our team:
As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Growth management, you will be part of a select team responsible for driving sales & revenue growth by collaborating with cross functional teams in a fast-paced, exciting segment growing double digits annually. Our dynamic and collaborative culture will empower you to truly make your mark and grow your responsibilities. Your role is critical to ensure all teams are informed of the actionable insights they need daily, and that pricing and promotional actions are properly planned, tracked and measured.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross functional support – Sales & Category Management
Support customer teams in review of competitive landscape, identify category trends and drivers of performance across promotion, innovation and pricing trends / activations.
Develop customer pricing strategy in collaboration with customer lead and RGM leadership.
Support customer teams in development of monthly/annual volume forecast and promo calendar.
Support the sell-in / line review process by developing volume and financial scenarios, preparing product P&Ls and collaborating on development of meeting materials & presentations.
Analyze weekly orders and partner with supply teams to ensure best-in-class service levels.
Ad hoc weekly and monthly customer reporting as needed.
**Corporate Revenue & Trade Management **
Maintain and report on pricing and trade strategy across customers and products.
Implement and refine pricing models to enhance revenue and profitability.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of pricing strategies.
Analyze pricing data to generate insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Assess the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed, utilizing data and analysis to maximize the ROI of promotions.
Support the sales team in annual/semi-annual customer negotiations, developing analysis and providing recommendations to maximize growth and profitability.
Support the semi-annual market pricing assessment to identify areas of opportunity and implement price increases across products and customers as identified.
Partner with Sales and Finances teams to ensure spending is managed within budget parameters. Support the development of corrective actions as needed.
Contribute to the build-up of accurate and reliable customer P&Ls per category through proper allocation of gross to net.
Manage & maintain trade management tools, systems & applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Planning, Operations or similar.
A strong analytical mindset, an excellent understanding of P&L and key Revenue Growth levers to drive both top and bottom-line growth.
Experience with market intelligence systems (IRI, Circana, PowerBI).
Excellent communication capabilities, ability to define and build sell-in materials.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
