Duties and Responsibilities:
· Handle the recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of the Revenue Management Specialist Team.
· Manage, measure, control, and work to drive the day-to-day operations.
· Partner with the North America Billing Manager to coordinate cross-functional activities and drive the process efficiencies.
· Ensures a safe, secure, and positive work environment.
· Develop personal/team growth opportunities.
· Develop and present all training materials on Revenue Management, Oversight, and client specific subject matter.
· Provide clear and consistent communication of all job expectations to staff: planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Proactively identifies impediments and quickly resolves issues.
· Manage all time off and support with coverage.
· Ensure that all deadlines are met accurately and timely.
Required Skills

· AmSpec billing experience and 1-3 years of oversight experience minimum.
· Excellent verbal and written skills, and professional presentation.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily using Excel, Outlook, Teams.
· Ability to prioritize tasks based on level of importance.
· Ability to provide support, direction, mentoring and professional development.
· Must be data and evidence driven.
· Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
· Ability to work with all Executives, Branch Managers, BAMS, Regional Billing Supervisors, Billers, etc.
· Reliable with a positive professional attitude and strong work ethic.
· You must take all the management training courses required.
