    About the Role:

    Join VIP Hospitality Group LLC as a Revenue Manager to support our portfolio in WA and OR. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your analytical skills to optimize revenue strategies and drive profitability while working in a supportive and innovative team environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective revenue strategies.

    Implement pricing models and forecast demand to maximize revenue opportunities.

    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing with promotional strategies.

    Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue management.

    Utilize revenue management software to track and analyze performance metrics.

    Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management and stakeholders.

    Conduct regular audits of pricing and inventory distribution to ensure accuracy.

    Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.

    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and make data-driven decisions.

    Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
