Job Description
You will report directly to the Global Business Operations & Strategy Director, with direct exposure to the Chief Business & Revenue Officer and senior leadership. You'll work closely with a network of business partners across regions and key functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our revenue globally. You'll identify opportunities for growth through diligent analyses and by establishing the data infrastructure and operational processes that support key commercial decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems and logic that power our revenue teams' strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Native or bilingual French speaker
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably within a tech company or programmatic.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities to support revenue-generating teams. Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus, but not required.
Proven ability to improve sales efficiency, productivity, and data quality.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
