We solve meaningful problems using advanced AI and high-quality software, deployed easily and cost-effectively. Our primary product is a web platform that tightly integrates workflow automations, machine learning model deployment, dataset management, and analysis to address specific challenges for our customers in both the nuclear and broader utility sectors. The Nuclearn.ai platform is currently in use at over 33 nuclear reactors across North America, and we are actively expanding our reach to every nuclear utility in the U.S. and abroad, as well as other utility sectors.

    Eligibility: U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (green card holder) is required due to DOE Export Compliance.

    What You'll Be Doing

    We're hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to help maintain and optimize the tools and processes that support our revenue-generating teams. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure our internal operations run smoothly. Handling everything from Salesforce data integrity to contract tracking and renewal workflows, so that teams can stay focused on execution and leadership has access to clean, reliable data. This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, cleaning up pipelines, and automating reporting, not just analyzing it.

    • Maintain and improve systems used across sales, onboarding, and customer operations including Salesforce, Docusign, Salesforce, Word, Powerpoint, Supplier portals, procurement/vendor software
    • Manage platform access and license renewals for key customer and vendor tools
    • Monitor and support contract and subscription lifecycle workflows, including renewals, auto-reminders, and internal task assignments
    • Ensure CRM data hygiene in Salesforce, including field definitions, pipeline structure, and reporting
    • Set up automations and triggers to reduce manual work across systems
    • Build and maintain internal dashboards for pipeline, renewal tracking, and team visibility
    • Collaborate with team leads to continuously refine and document operational processes
      Serve as the internal point of contact for troubleshooting tooling issues and vendor platforms (e.g., contract platforms, data rooms, calendaring tools, etc.)

    Requirements

    • Have 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or sales support
    • Are confident working across multiple internal tools (Salesforce, Procurement/Vendor Softwares, Google Workspace, etc.)
    • Have experience managing subscriptions, renewals, or customer/vendor platform usage
    • Know how to spot process inefficiencies and enjoy creating systems that scale
    • Can build lightweight automations and reporting views without overengineering
    • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-through
    • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
    • Bonus: familiarity with vendor management, IT ops, or customer onboarding workflows

    Bonus Qualifications (not required, but a plus)

    • Experience in the nuclear or utility industries

    Structure

    • Full-time salaried position
    • In-office Mon–Fri with remote Wednesdays
