We are seeking a Revenue Operations Technical Manager to drive data-driven decision-making across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role requires expertise in HubSpot (across Service, Sales, and Marketing Hubs) and experience in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools (such as Asana, calling platforms, social media, and APIs). This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution , requiring someone who can not only design efficient revenue workflows but also roll up their sleeves and implement them.You will play a crucial role in structuring and analyzing data to improve operational efficiency and business performance - for both MyStudio and our clients.

Responsibilities
Serve as the HubSpot expert across Service, Sales, and Marketing Hubs, optimizing workflows and automation.
Manage third-party integrations with HubSpot, including Asana (for technical ticketing), calling platforms, social media, and APIs.
Develop and maintain automated reporting in HubSpot to track customer lifecycle trends, lead scoring, and deal tracking.
Connect HubSpot and other revenue tools to Power BI, client data warehouses, and other visualization platforms.
Ensure accurate data flow between MyStudio's CRM, analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Develop custom Power BI dashboards to provide strategic insights for revenue forecasting, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks in sales, marketing, and customer success workflows, implementing data-driven automation to enhance efficiency.
Ensure seamless alignment between revenue teams through data-informed strategies and process improvements.
Develop models for tracking churn, net revenue retention (NRR), and customer lifetime value (LTV) to support leadership decision-making.
