Revenue Operations Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our revenue cycle, from quote to cash.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain revenue operations systems, including CRM, ERP, and other related systems

• Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Analyze and resolve complex system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to revenue operations

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue operations processes, systems, and procedures

• Provide training and support to end-users on revenue operations systems and processes

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or a related field

• Proven experience with CRM, ERP, and other revenue operations systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
