We are an equal opportunity employer. We believe that talent, expertise, empathy and ambition drive our success, and we base hiring decisions solely on candidate experience and skills.

We are committed to creating an inclusive hiring process. If you have specific needs or require adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.

    The role

Fortidia is a Franchisor of AlphaGraphics, PostNet and World Options. Our US Headquarters is based in Lakewood, CO and we are searching for a Revenue & Performance Analyst. You will define how we measure success across all three US brands (AlphaGraphics, PostNet, World Options), surface the insights that shape where we invest, and connect marketing activity and pricing decisions to revenue and margin at the franchise level.

This is not a reporting role and it is not a campaign execution seat. This is a strategic analyst role, someone who looks at performance and pricing data and asks what we should do about it, not what it says.

The Revenue Performance Analyst acts as the strategic analytical right hand to the Marketing team. Fortidia US is building a marketing organization where every initiative and every dollar connects to revenue. This role sits at the center of that shift and extends it to the profitability side of the equation.

Reporting: This role reports to the National Marketing Manager.

Scope note on pricing: Our franchisees set their own retail pricing. This role builds the pricing guidance, the analysis behind it, and the measurement of adoption and impact across the system. It does not set franchisee retail prices.

    Main tasks and responsibilities

    Performance Architecture

Design and own the end to end measurement framework across all brands and channels. Build attribution models that connect marketing activity to franchise level revenue. Establish the KPI hierarchy and create reporting cadences that serve the marketing team, senior leadership, and brand stakeholders.

Build measurement across paid, organic, email, local, national, and partner channels

Ensure consistent measurement and analysis on customer base, including new customers, recurrent ones as well as lost ones (churn) in accordance to Group standards

Create attribution models linking spend to franchise revenue, lead quality, and acquisition cost

Define what we measure, why it matters, and how it connects to business objectives

Establish standardized reporting cadences for the team, leadership, and brand level stakeholders

Extend measurement past top line revenue to include price, mix, and margin

    Pricing and Margin Analytics

Own the analytical case behind pricing across the US portfolio. Pricing decisions in a franchise system succeed or fail on adoption, so you will measure both the recommendation and what actually happened in the field.

Analyze revenue, volume, price, mix, and margin across products and services for all three brands

Build the business case for recommended pricing guidance, price increases, surcharges, and promotional structures

Track adoption of pricing guidance across the system, identify where it lands and where it does not, and recommend corrective action

Quantify the revenue and margin impact of promotional offers and national campaigns, not just the lead volume they generate

Monitor competitor pricing through structured benchmarking, public disclosures, and other market sources

Partner with Finance and the Revenue and Pricing team on variance analysis against Budget and Forecast

    Strategic Insights and Recommendations

Mine historical performance, identify patterns and gaps, and deliver the strategic briefings that shape investment and pricing decisions. You deliver the interpretation with a recommendation attached.

Analyze performance across the portfolio to surface opportunities, underperformance, and emerging patterns

Deliver regular briefings to the VP of Marketing with recommendations on budget, channel mix, pricing, and priorities

Develop scenario modeling and forecasting to pressure test plans before we commit resources

Translate data into formats that non technical stakeholders can act on immediately

Support the yearly target creation and related recurrent measurement as far as the customer analysis is concerned

    Cross-Channel Initiative Tracking

Every active program, campaign, and test across the portfolio should have a single source of truth with metrics tied to revenue. You will build that system and keep it honest.

Own the initiative tracker: a living view of everything in flight with defined success criteria and measurement plans

Monitor health in real time, flag risks early, and propose corrective actions proactively

Ensure every program has a documented post mortem, building institutional knowledge the team can reference

Synthesize cross channel performance to identify compounding effects, cannibalization, or blind spots

    Cross-Functional Partnership

Marketing does not operate in isolation and this role does not either. You will serve as the marketing team’s primary strategic bridge to IT, Finance, the Group Revenue and Pricing team, and external partners.

Partner with IT and BI on data infrastructure, reporting systems, CRM integration, and attribution tooling

Work with Finance on ROI modeling, budget forecasting, margin analysis, and Advertising and Development fund analysis

Coordinate with the Group Revenue and Pricing team so US analysis feeds and aligns with international reporting

Manage the performance relationship with outside media agencies, hold them to KPIs, and evaluate spend effectiveness

Collaborate with field marketing so local programs are measured and optimized alongside national efforts

    Revenue Intelligence and Market Context

Build competitive benchmarking into the performance rhythm: share of voice, positioning, pricing, channel effectiveness

Run recurring customer base analysis across brands and markets covering acquisition, retention, and portfolio dynamics

Integrate external signals such as industry shifts, platform changes, input costs, and economic conditions into recommendations

Support executive presentations and board materials with narratives linking marketing and pricing decisions to growth

Identify emerging channels, technologies, and tactics worth testing based on performance potential

    Team Enablement

Coach team members on shifting from activity reporting to outcome based accountability

Develop templates, dashboards, and playbooks that raise the performance maturity of the marketing organization

Establish and document testing frameworks including A/B, multivariate, and holdout as standard operating procedure

    How we measure this role

METRIC WHAT IT LOOKS LIKEROI Visibility | Leadership has a clear, trusted view of marketing return across all channels and brands at any given time Margin Visibility | Revenue performance is understood alongside price, mix, and margin, not in isolation from them Insight-to-Action | Recommendations are delivered proactively and adopted into planning within the same quarter Pricing Adoption | Pricing guidance is supported by a defensible business case, and system level adoption is tracked and reported Initiative Accountability | Every active program has defined KPIs, a measurement plan, and a documented outcome Cross-Functional Alignment | IT, Finance, Revenue and Pricing, and agency partners operate from shared data and aligned priorities Revenue Attribution | Marketing credibly demonstrates its contribution to franchise level revenue growth Team Maturity | Team members consistently frame their work in terms of business impact, not activity volume

    What you bring

5 to 8 years of progressive experience across marketing performance, revenue or pricing analysis, growth strategy, demand generation, commercial finance, or marketing operations

You have built performance measurement frameworks, not just inherited and maintained them

Strong command of attribution modeling, marketing mix analysis, and ROI based decision making

Working knowledge of pricing and profitability drivers, including price and mix analysis and margin impact modeling

Experience working cross functionally with IT, BI, Finance, and external agencies as a strategic partner

Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with large, multi source datasets

Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, plus CRM and marketing automation tools

Ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives for executive and non technical audiences

Comfortable in a PE backed environment where marketing is held to revenue accountability standards

You move fluidly between big picture strategy and granular analysis without losing the thread on either

Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives

Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions

    Preferred

Experience in multi location, franchise, or distributed business models

    Multi brand portfolio background

Familiarity with franchise specific metrics: same store sales, new center ramp, brand fund ROI, local versus national spend optimization

Experience supporting or analyzing pricing programs, including price increases, surcharges, or promotional pricing

SQL or comparable data querying experience

Experience managing or evaluating media agency performance

Hands on familiarity with AI enabled tools for data preparation, analysis, and reporting, paired with sound judgment in validating outputs and sources

Experience building or owning dashboards used by senior leadership or board level stakeholders

    What we offer

A vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with professional and personal development opportunities

Extensive training and development opportunities within the group

A multicultural organizational structure and team

Team and individual performance based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary

Highly competitive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(K) Match, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, Pet Insurance, and a completely free Employee Assistance Program

Hard work, collaboration, humanity, fun, and laughter. We are a small, driven, highly collaborative team that is fully invested in the success of our company and values contributions from each member
