    Job Description

    Under the general guidance of the Area Director of Revenue, the position is responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through effective pricing, forecasting, and inventory management. The individual will analyze market trends, manage distribution channels, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal positioning and profitability. This role plays a key part in driving revenue and reservations performance while upholding the brand standards and luxury positioning.

    The role will have direct oversight of in-house reservations team and ensuring call center standards of service, including, but not limited to, reservation quality assurance, call standards review, and training, including implementation and meeting Forbes 5 Star standards in line with the Delano brand expectations.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent education required, Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within an upscale or luxury lifestyle brand
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
    • Proficient in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, SynXis, and other industry-standard tools (e.g., IDeaS, , Duetto). Having experience with Accor systems a plus.
    • Deep understanding of distribution channels, OTA platforms, GDS, and channel management systems
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to present data and insights clearly to non-technical audiences
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive and strategic mindset
    • Knowledge of hotel operations, sales, and marketing practices with the ability to align revenue strategies across departments
    • Understanding of legal and regulatory considerations related to pricing, rate parity, and data compliance.
